Privacy notice
Your information deserves care.
Last updated: 16 October 2026
This notice explains how the MODUDAN team uses information you choose to share through this website. Registration and inquiries are private; this website does not provide a public candidate directory.
What you share
Talent registration asks for your name, email, skills, and experience level. A work link, location, and interests are optional. Company inquiries ask for your name, email, company, and a message; your role is optional. General inquiries ask for your name, email, topic, and message.
Please do not send identity documents, financial information, passwords, or confidential company material through these forms.
Why we use it
We use the information to understand and respond to your inquiry, keep a private record of your interest, and consider relevant conversations or activities. We record when you submitted it and the version of the consent notice you accepted.
Occasional company updates require the separate optional checkbox. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent you from registering or contacting us.
Sharing and access
The MODUDAN team uses the information for these purposes. Joining the talent pool does not give permission to share your profile with companies. We will ask separately before making a specific introduction. We do not publish or sell candidate profiles.
The hosting and storage providers configured to run this website may process information on our behalf. Access to submission records is restricted to the people operating this service.
Keeping and removing information
We keep submissions while they remain relevant to the inquiry or talent-pool participation, and review records for removal when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to correct or remove your details, or withdraw optional updates consent, through the privacy inquiry form. We may need to confirm your identity before changing a record.
Cookies and technical information
The website does not add advertising or third-party analytics trackers. A short-lived essential confirmation cookie allows the confirmation page to recognize a successful form submission. It contains no name, email, or profile information and expires after one hour. A language cookie remembers which language you chose to read the site in; it contains only that choice.
Technical hosting logs may record requests. Submission contents are not deliberately included in application logs. Short-lived hashed rate-limit records help prevent abuse; the application does not retain the underlying network identifier in those records.
Questions
Use the privacy inquiry form to ask the MODUDAN team about your information. Choose the privacy topic and include the email address you used for the original submission.
