India. Korea. A better connection through work.

We’re building a talent bridge that starts with understanding the people on both sides. A team’s needs. A developer’s ambitions. The work they could do together.

A relationship needs
more context.

For a company, a profile is only the beginning. For a developer, a job description leaves questions unanswered. We want to make room for a more informed conversation.

Our approach brings together practical work, clear expectations, and local understanding. We’re speaking with developers and companies while developing our first projects and challenge formats.

The pool is private. A specific introduction requires permission, and participation does not guarantee an interview, job, visa, or place in an event.

Why, who and how,
on one workbench.

Each station is one step of how we work. The bench is an illustration of an approach we’re building and testing, not an automatic process.

MODUDAN
  1. 01 Why · Who

    Two ends of one bench.

A developer’s work sits at one end, a team’s context at the other, and they rarely see each other clearly. MODUDAN is a small team working across India and Korea, building what goes in between.

  2. 02 Understand

We listen to both sides first.

The work card is registered from both edges at once: what the developer wants and what the team needs, understood before anything moves on.

  3. 03 The work

We look at the work itself.

The gauge reads the card, not a title or a keyword. MODUDAN is developing work-based formats that show how someone thinks and builds.

  4. 04 Consent

    Nothing opens without two yeses.

The gate has two locks, one for each side. Only when both are released does it lift and the next conversation begin.

How we’re approaching it.

01

Understand the context

Listen to what each person or team is looking for, and what a useful outcome would mean.

02

Get closer to the work

Use practical work and conversations to understand how someone thinks, builds, and collaborates.

03

Explore a next step

When there is a relevant possibility, discuss it with both sides and agree what happens next.

We’re building and testing the approach. Company conversations, developer registration, and practical activity design are underway. Specific events and hiring benefits will be announced only when they are confirmed.
